1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of website, store, products and services operated by Artist Ink Tech LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, Original Filing ID: 2026‑001986117.
By browsing, accessing, registering, placing orders or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use our Services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Artist Ink Tech LLC provides custom printing service and e‑commerce online retail. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, feature or product at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third‑party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of services.
3. BUSINESS SCOPE
Artist Ink Tech LLC operates an online e-commerce retail business, primarily engaged in custom printed physical merchandise sales and related order fulfillment services. Our business activities include accepting customer orders, providing printable templates, processing custom print requests, arranging product production, international shipping and after-sales support for printed goods. All business operations are conducted in compliance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, applicable United States federal regulations, and cross-border trade rules.
Our business scope covers online sales of custom printed physical products, template provision, order processing, product shipment, customer service and related auxiliary e-commerce activities. We do not conduct any business activities outside of the above-stated scope.
4. PAYMENT, ORDERS & PRICING
By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product fees, taxes and applicable shipping fees. Payment shall be processed at time of order submission via our authorized third‑party payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
All product prices listed are base prices and include free templates. You may contact customer service to select available templates before placing an order. Alternatively, you may pay an extra fee and provide your own templates for printing.
Any printed content must not violate the laws of the factory’s location in China, the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the laws of the buyer’s jurisdiction. To avoid intellectual property infringement, we do not offer custom printing services for logos or any clearly recognizable trademarked patterns.
5. SHIPMENT, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order is processed and the package is handed over to YunExpress:
- Standard shipping transit time: 6‑9 business days
- Remote area shipping transit time: 11‑15 business days

6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal, harmful, infringing or fraudulent purpose;
- Upload, transmit or publish content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy or other third‑party rights;
- Deploy bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools to access our systems without our written consent;
- Interfere or disrupt website functionality, servers or networks connected to our service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to services immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY WYOMING STATE LAW, ARTIST INK TECH LLC PROVIDES ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ON AN “AS‑IS” AND “AS‑AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that defects will be corrected.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIST INK TECH LLC, ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO US WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Artist Ink Tech LLC, its sole member, officers, employees and agents against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of: Your breach of these Terms; Content, artwork or materials you submit to us; Your use or misuse of our products and services.
10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed exclusively under the statutory laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision within these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed. All remaining clauses shall remain in full force and legal effect.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire binding agreement between you and Artist Ink Tech LLC, superseding all prior oral or written understandings relating to subject‑matter herein.
